In this context, ANEMON HOTELS has identified four main areas for its future goals: supporting its employees, taking customers into account in decision-making processes, innovating together with business partners, and working together with the local community.

Furthermore, ANEMON HOTELS has implemented measures to reduce food waste, support local production and recycling, and has adopted an environmentally friendly water, energy and waste management system in its facilities. We are taking action in all areas of our hotel for change in environmental, social, cultural, economic, quality, human rights, health and safety issues. Within the scope of our sustainability practices and commitments;

• At ANEMON HOTELS, we aim to fulfil most of the commitments we have made towards universal sustainable development.
• By 2024, we aim to become one of the hotels in the sector to hold a ‘Sustainable Tourism Certificate’ by implementing the international GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) Industry Criteria.

We are proud to announce that our hotel, which implements an effective waste management system, was awarded the ‘Republic of Turkey Zero Waste Certificate’ in 2023. Furthermore, we take great satisfaction in complying with all environmental legal procedures and more to leave a clean and liveable world for future generations; additionally, we are committed to taking actions to instil this awareness in all our stakeholders. We continue to work towards supporting our sustainability commitment by implementing the following actions:

• At our hotel, we respect all our differences; we ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all our employees; we support their career and personal development.
• At our hotel, we take immediate action when we witness any suspicious behaviour involving children.
• We take care to effectively separate waste in all our areas according to its source, type and hazard class.
• We take pride in our central location in Cappadocia and, in keeping with our country’s culture, we take proactive measures to support our guests in better experiencing the surrounding areas.
• We ensure that our suppliers are environmentally friendly, locally sourced, and value ethical principles; we prioritise local and regional production/service providers.
• With a sense of social responsibility, we support our neighbours and civil society organisations by developing value-adding projects.
