Villa Estet, located in Kula, the Burnt Country, offers its guests a unique accommodation and flavor experience in the heart of nature.
Located at the top of the 2500 acres of Burnt Country Vineyards owned by Anemon Hotels, Villa Estet offers a boutique and natural accommodation experience with a total of 16 rooms. Villa Estet, which serves its guests with the bed and breakfast concept, welcomes you with the morning breeze coming from the vineyards and the vines stretching as far as the eye can see along the slopes.
You can taste the wines of the Burnt Country Vineyards in special tasting rooms of Villa Estet with its exclusive flavors. At Lokanta Estet, you can enjoy our menu specially prepared for wine-food pairing beyond a standard menu, and even you can experience a gastronomic menu that will be prepared with special game meats and accompany your wine by submitting your request before visiting our hotel.

Grapes from our vineyards
In our vineyards, the grapes are harvested and taken directly to the winery, without traveling, so that the character and aromatics of the grapes are preserved in the best possible way. Our painstaking growing and harvesting process is accompanied by our wine-making process with the same care. In our winery established at international standards, temperature-controlled steel fermentation and storage tanks and American and French oak barrels of Radoux, Mercury, Sylvain, Nadalie brands are used.

OUR CELLARS
With Special Stones from Cappadocia
All of our cellars are built with special stones brought from the Cappadocia region. Thanks to its porous structure, these stones are a natural insulation material and maintain the ideal temperature and humidity required for wines. With these stones, there is no need for any air conditioning system in our cellars. In our cellars, samples of all the wines made from past to present are stored in the library logic. In our cellars there are 2 tasting rooms for private groups and tasting events can be organized for up to 50 people.

Cancellation must be notified no later than 18:00 on the day of check-in. Otherwise, 1 night room fee (as no-show fee) will be invoiced.
At Anemon Hotels, an additional fee is charged for guests aged 4-6 years and 7 years and over for additional stays for two adults. Guests aged 0-3 years can stay free of charge.
