Brand Usage Agreement (Franchising)
Under the permits and licenses with the tax certificate issued in its own name; the business owner uses the brand, service standards and sales channels with the permission and supervision of the brand owner.
The trademark owner conducts regular inspections, reports to the owner (trademark user) and requests correction of non-conformities.
The brand usage fee calculated over the Total Revenue is paid monthly by accepting the financial records as original. If the calculated rate is below the minimum rate, the minimum rate is charged.

Management Agreement
The owner also undertakes the management.
The owner starts to operate the facility after the approval of the brand owner, with the operating licenses have been obtained, the production has been completed in accordance with the definition of the locations and services that will provide the star standards in accordance with the tourism ministry classification qualifications, and the service equipment and consumables completed.
All operations are carried out under the tax certificate, permits and licenses issued in its own name; It uses the trademark with the permission of the trademark owner and the service standards and sales channels with the condition of supervision.

Rental Agreement
The Brand Owner undertakes the Management and carries out the entire operation under the tax certificate, permits and licenses issued in its name.
The brand owner (tenant) takes delivery of the facility in accordance with the definition of locations and services that will provide the star standards in accordance with the tourism ministry classification qualifications. The service equipment and consumables are provided by itself.
The rent calculated on the basis of financial records is paid to the owner on a monthly basis.
